Terms of Use

1. The service

Code Cademy provides online English learning: club materials, live Zoom classes, level exams, certificates, homework and messaging between students, parents and teachers.

2. Accounts

• Students and parents create their own accounts. Teacher accounts are created only by Code Cademy.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Students under 18 use the service with a parent or guardian's consent.

3. Plans and payment

• Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) on the website. A plan becomes active once Code Cademy confirms the payment.
• Payments are made on the payment provider's secure page (e.g. Tamara instalments or card). Tamara instalments are subject to Tamara's approval and terms.
• Booking a live Zoom class needs an active plan.

4. Classes

• Please join on time. Cancel a booking from your dashboard if you can't attend so the seat goes to another student.
• If Code Cademy cancels a class, it will offer another time.

5. Content

Books, videos, exams and certificates are for the student's personal learning and may not be resold or shared publicly.

6. Behaviour

Be respectful in classes and messages. Code Cademy may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.

7. Certificates

A certificate is issued automatically when a student passes a level exam with 70% or more.

Refund Policy

• Before the first class: full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and have not attended any class.
• After classes have started: the unused part of the plan may be refunded or moved to another student or later dates, at Code Cademy's discretion.
• Single lesson: refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the class.
• Tamara: refunds for instalment payments are processed through Tamara, which updates your remaining instalments.
• Refunds are sent back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval.

شروط الاستخدام

١. الخدمة

تقدّم Code Cademy تعليم اللغة الإنجليزية أونلاين: مواد النوادي، وحصص Zoom المباشرة، وامتحانات المستويات، والشهادات، والواجبات، والتواصل بين الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين.

٢. الحسابات

• ينشئ الطلاب وأولياء الأمور حساباتهم بأنفسهم، أما حسابات المعلمين فتُمنح من Code Cademy فقط.
• حافظ على سرية كلمة المرور، فأنت مسؤول عن النشاط على حسابك.
• يستخدم الطالب الأقل من ١٨ عاماً الخدمة بموافقة ولي أمره.

٣. الخطط والدفع

• الأسعار معروضة بالريال السعودي على الموقع، وتُفعَّل الخطة بعد تأكيد Code Cademy للدفع.
• يتم الدفع على صفحة مزوّد الدفع الآمنة (مثل التقسيط عبر تمارا أو البطاقة). يخضع التقسيط عبر تمارا لموافقة تمارا وشروطها.
• حجز حصة Zoom مباشرة يتطلب خطة نشطة.

٤. الحصص

• يرجى الحضور في الموعد، وإلغاء الحجز من لوحة التحكم عند تعذّر الحضور ليستفيد طالب آخر من المقعد.
• إذا ألغت Code Cademy حصة فستعرض موعداً بديلاً.

٥. المحتوى

الكتب والفيديوهات والامتحانات والشهادات مخصّصة لتعلّم الطالب الشخصي، ولا يجوز بيعها أو نشرها علناً.

٦. السلوك

يُرجى الاحترام في الحصص والرسائل، ويحق لـ Code Cademy إيقاف الحسابات التي تسيء استخدام الخدمة أو الآخرين.

٧. الشهادات

تصدر الشهادة تلقائياً عند نجاح الطالب في امتحان المستوى بنسبة ٧٠٪ أو أكثر.

سياسة الاسترجاع

• قبل أول حصة: استرجاع كامل إذا طلبته خلال ٧ أيام من الدفع ولم تحضر أي حصة.
• بعد بدء الحصص: يمكن استرجاع الجزء غير المستخدم من الخطة أو نقله لطالب آخر أو لمواعيد لاحقة، وفق تقدير Code Cademy.
• الحصة الواحدة: قابلة للاسترجاع عند الإلغاء قبل الحصة بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل.
• تمارا: يتم استرجاع مدفوعات التقسيط عبر تمارا، وتُحدَّث الأقساط المتبقية تلقائياً.
• يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، غالباً خلال ١٤ يوماً من الموافقة.
